AUDITIONS SHREK the MUSICAL
Calling all actors, dancers, and singers! Leawood Stage Company will hold auditions for Shrek the Musical on Saturday March 1, 2025 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Auditions will be held at Leawood City Hall.
Walk in auditions will be available from 3:00 – 3:30 pm.
All auditioners must prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theater. Please bring sheet music in your key, as an accompanist will be provided. Auditioners may be asked to participate in a short dance audition.
Call backs will be held by invitation the following weekend March 8, 2025 at the same location. Those invited to call backs will be notified by email no later than midnight on Monday, March 3, 2025.
Please fill out the downloaded Audition Form. Please bring three copies of each to the audition.

Rehearsals for Shrek will begin in early June and will run Sunday through Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Shrek will be performed at The Goppert Theater at Avila University July 18 – 20 and July 23 – 27, 2025.
