The Leawood Stage Company welcomes your financial support. As a 501c3 organization your contributions are fully tax deductible. Checks should be made payable to the Leawood Stage Company, mailed to the Leawood Stage Company, 4800 Town Center Drive, Leawood, KS 66211.

Performance Corporate Sponsorships

Each night of the show may be sponsored by organizations or corporations. The sponsor would be recognized at the beginning of the show and they will have front VIP seating for their group and the sponsor will receive a ½ page ad in the program.

  • Thursday night sponsorships will be cost $2,000.
  • Friday night sponsorships will cost $3,000
  • Saturday night sponsorships will cost $5,000
  • Sunday night sponsorships will be cost $2,000
  • Sponsors for the entire production will cost $15,000 and will receive a full page ad in the program. Along with recognition on all of the advertising for the production.

Gala Sponsors

  • Gala night Friday July 27th is being sponsored by M&I Bank, $5,000. They receive two gala tables, VIP seating at that night’s performance and a full page ad in the performance program, along with recognition on all of the advertising and invitations for the Gala including the Gala table program.
  • Sponsor Tables for the Gala will be $1000 each. Each table can seat 8 -10 people. The sponsorship includes dinner, VIP seating at that night’s performance and a 1/2 page ad in the performance program.
  • Individual seats at the gala cost $50 and include dinner and VIP Seating at that night’s performance.
  • Sponsors who make a donation to the auction will receive a listing in the program and benefits relative to the Star Benefactor Program.

Star Benefactors Program for Individuals

  • 5 Star Benefactor – Donations of over $1000 to receive program listing, 8 reserved seats at the performance and I table at the Gala on July 27th.
  • 4 Star Benefactor – Donations of $500 – $1000 receive program listing, 8 reserved seats at the performance date of your choice.
  • 3 Star Benefactor – Donations of $250 – $500 receive program listing, 6 reserved seats at the performance date of your choice.
  • 2 Star Benefactor – Donations of $100 -$250 receive program listing, 4 reserved seats at the performance date of your choice.
  • Star Benefactor – Donations up to $100 receive program listing, 2 reserved seats at the performance date of your choice.

Program Print Ads

Purchase an Ad for your company or organization or to support a cast member. Ads will be one color (black) or 2 colors, black plus red.

  • Full Page Ad 5″ X 8″ $200
  • Half Page Ad 5″ X 4″ $100
  • Quarter Page Ad 2 ½” X 4″ $50
  • Eighth Page Ad 2 ½” X 1 7/8″ $25

Volunteer Opportunities

The Leawood Stage Company is an all volunteer organization from the board to the people who pass out playbill. We are always seeking help from others with a passion for theatre or those who would like to have family fun with great group people from the community. If you have theater experience behind the scenes or know how to swing a hammer we need your help.
