Leawood Stage Company is a not-for-profit 501c3 corporation dedicated to providing a unique theatrical vehicle which unites the community through experience, education and enrichment, engaging all in the performing arts.  We are an all-volunteer organization from the board to the members of the cast, musicians, and staff who work vigorously behind the scenes.

Tiffany  Schweigert received her BA in Theatre Education at Emporia State University. Other Directing and Designing credits: Into the Woods, Over The River and Through the Woods, Jekyll & Hyde, Ordinary Days, Parallel Lives, Next to Normal,  Urinetown: The Musical, The Last 5 Years, Neil Simon's Proposals, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Last Mass at St. Casimirs, The Shape of Things, Black Comedy, STOP KISS, Songs for A New World, Bye Bye Birdie, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Cinderella, Music Man, Miss Firecracker Contest.

2016 Director Bios

Annette Cook is excited to return to LSC as director of Once Upon A Mattress. She has performed in, directed and costumed various show around KC and Lawrence. Most recently her TITP debut as Commissioner Doyle in ANNIE WARBUCKS, director of SOUND OF MUSIC for LSC and FOOTLOOSE for Theatre Lawrence.

Leawood Stage Company was pleased to welcome back Kevin Bogan as director of My Fair Lady.  Bogan has worked on stages across the metro area including Leawood Stage Company, Shawnee Mission Theatre in the Park, Egads Theatre, and the Jewish Community Center. Last year, he directed Promises, Promises  for LSC.
